INTRY PARTNERS WITH GOODWILL CENTRAL TEXAS ON AN AI DRIVEN TOOLKIT THAT ACCELERATES THE DIGITAL FUTURE OF WORK
September 16, 2020 (National) – Intry is proud to team up with Goodwill Central Texas to announce a partnership that includes a co-developed B2B toolkit that will further increase the organization’s ability to engage the workforce and increase opportunities for getting a job.
“The current unemployment crisis has impacted millions of workers as coronavirus shocks have displaced workers beyond rates seen during the Great Recession of 2008. The Goodwill Toolkit that launches today is a new platform to achieve the fastest transitions to sustainable employment,” said Jennifer Sethre, CEO of Intry.
“We needed a network-wide solution that was simple to implement, provided tools for our internal career case managers and our placement teams. Intry not only increased our ability to provide faster and more accurate support but also empowered our user base with personal assessment and resume-building tools that are easy to use with just a mobile phone,” said Jennifer Tucker, VP Workforce Advancement.
The Goodwill Toolkit is now available nationwide and includes four modules:
- TrueYou™ Career Assessments that helps users uncover and highlight their strengths
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS)-friendly Resumes™ which eliminate bias and ensure resumes actually make it to the hiring manager
- Job2Resume™ job description matching which automatically highlights keywords and phrases needed for the job and makes update suggestions for the resume
- Unemployment Verification which allows for automated, one-click, unemployment verification, speeding up processing time and eliminating hours of manual work
Intry has developed a patented and highly scalable technology platform including Job2Resume™ job description matching, ATS-friendly Hybrid Resumes™ and TrueYou™ career assessments. Intry’s platform is built on a standard cloud-based MEAN stack and powered by cognitive AI to unlock the hidden variables in the hiring process to better connect candidates and employers. Our proprietary rule-based algorithmic processing handles the data interpretation as the machine learns the necessities of candidate-employer matchmaking.
